Assemblymember Evan Low is extending a special invitation to walk with him in the 4th of July Parade in the beautiful historic Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose. Each year, the "Rose, White and Blue Parade" brings out 30,000 residents throughout the Silicon Valley.

Please help celebrate the birthday of our nation, by joining in the parade. Our parade team meets at 9:00am at Lincoln high School parking lot 555 Dana Ave, San Jose, CA 95126.

Join Assemblyman Low for MLK Day of Service jpgPlease join me and my staff for a day of public service at San Tomas Park in Campbell. Together with the cities of Campbell and San Jose, volunteers can work on beautification projects to make the park safer and friendlier. Help revamp San Tomas Park by refilling the playgrounds with "fibar," planting trees, improving the landscaping and removing litter. This event requires the participation of various age groups starting at age 4 and up.

I will be providing volunteers with hot coffee and donuts starting at 9 a.m. Registration starts 8:45 a.m. This is a neighborhood work party you won’t want to miss!

Families are welcomed to participate in this event. City and community leaders will supervise the various projects to ensure the safety of volunteer throughout this event. Gloves and tools will be provided.

This is an opportunity for you to celebrate the season and offer your own bill ideas for the state of California! We will provide you with a paper ornament where you can write your bill idea and hang it on our holiday tree.
